SONY BRAVIA launch
Fallon launched the new sony bravia ad yesterday. The focus being the Bravia-drome (the worlds biggest ever zoetrope.)
The new spot follows Fallon’s earlier ‘Colour like no other’ campaign for Sony Bravia, which included the hugely successful Balls, Paint and Play Doh ads. The Bravia-drome spot moves away from colour to focus on motion, and the Bravia’s new Motionflow 200Hz technology which ensures a smoother picture than in conventional TVs.
To emphasise this smoothness, Fallon built an enormous zoetrope in Venaria, a town near Turin in northern Italy. The zoetrope has been causing a stir online for the last couple of months, with Sony posting films of it in action on YouTube while the ad was being created. The zoetrope presents a series of still images of the footballer Kaká, which when rotated (at speeds up to 50km per hour) and viewed through small slits on the outside of the zoetrope, give the illusion of being animated.

SCRATCH'N'SEE
Scratch 'n' See cinema sensory soiree 17-02-09
UK's first ever Scratch n Sniff screening, at the launch of jotta's pop-up craft fair last Saturday. That and gold foil dipped hot dogs, flavour tripping pills which saw punters sucking whole lemons and tasting sherbert, plus the range of aroma's concocted to compliment Peter Greenaway's The Cook The Thief His Wife and Her Lover.

YCN LIVE: 250 Shoeboxes, 1 Superstar
BLYK 2 day workshop
On 27th and 28th November I was invited to YCN at their new HQ at Rivington Street. The two day workshop was hosted by YCN for the mobile phone compnay Blyk. There was a talk from Blyk's rep Marvin, then lots of brainstorming and interesting works with ballons and play-doe.
After presenting our work to Marvin and Simon on the 28th November, they askedi f all 6 of use would go to the Blyk headquarters and present our ideas to the chairman of the company. We had arranged this for Tuesday 2nd December. It was all really good feedback and hopefully some of our ideas will get used.
